What to include in a A/C service request
The more we know up front, the faster and more accurate the quote. Helpful details:
- Number of units and their type: split, window or cassette
- Approximate size in BTU if you know it, or a photo of the label
- What you need: routine servicing, a fault or repair, or a full clean after a long gap
- Whether the units are residential or in a business, and any access or ladder requirements
- Your area and preferred dates
How the quote is prepared
A team member reviews the request, may call or message with questions, and sends a proposed scope and price. For larger or unusual jobs a site visit is arranged first. There is no obligation, and nothing is scheduled until you accept the quote and the office confirms the date.
