We Just Clean ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing and air-conditioning services we provide across Trinidad & Tobago and Barbados.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, service address and payment details — when you request a quote, make a booking, create an account or contact us. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser and pages visited, to help us improve our website.
We use your information to schedule and deliver services, process payments, respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations and service updates, and improve our offerings. With your consent, we may send occasional promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, payment processors and scheduling or booking software — and only to the extent needed to perform their function. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We use essential browser storage to keep our booking and live-chat features working securely and to remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics storage is used only after you select “Accept analytics.” You can review or change your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” button on the website.
If you accept analytics, we use a random browser-tab session identifier that expires after 30 minutes to count website sessions and whether chat is opened. These measurement events are processed through Auntie Lizzie for We Just Clean Trinidad and retained for up to 90 days, with daily removal of expired records. They do not include your name, contact details, chat messages, page addresses or search terms. Choosing “Essential only” stops future measurement and removes the analytics session identifier from your browser; it does not prevent you from booking or using chat. Standard hosting security logs are separate from these analytics events.
Our booking, quote-request and chat features are provided through the Auntie Lizzie platform. Information entered into those features is used by We Just Clean to respond to your request, arrange and deliver services, communicate about your booking, and process any payment you authorize.
Our website chat may use a clearly identified virtual assistant to provide an immediate, general response and guide you to booking, quote or staff support. The text of your message and limited recent chat context may be processed by OpenAI to generate that response. We do not include the name, email address or phone number stored in the chat contact fields in that AI request. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, medical information or other highly sensitive information in chat. Our office team can review and continue the conversation.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
