These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the We Just Clean website and the services we provide. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
When you book, you select a date and time for your service. We will do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. Occasionally, traffic, weather or prior appointments may cause slight delays, and we will keep you informed where possible.
Payment is taken at the time of booking to reserve your day and time. This ensures your slot is held and helps us protect against fraudulent bookings. Prices are provided at the time of quoting or booking and may vary based on the size, condition and specific requirements of your property.
You do not need to be home during service, but you are responsible for arranging safe access to the property. Please secure pets and let us know of any areas, items or surfaces requiring special care or that should not be cleaned.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours (or within 2 business days for a re-clean) and we will work with you to make it right, in line with our satisfaction guarantee.
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In summary, cancellations more than 48 hours before your booking receive a full refund; within 48 hours the booking is credited to your account; within 24 hours it is a nonrefundable full charge.
Our cleaners are trained, vetted and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the matter fairly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
