What happens after you apply

The office reviews applications against current openings by area. Shortlisted applicants are called for a short conversation, then invited to a practical assessment or a supervised first shift. Successful applicants complete a background check before working unsupervised in customers' homes and businesses.

Working with We Just Clean

Jobs are scheduled through the We Just Clean app with the address, scope and checklist for each visit. You are paid for completed work on an agreed schedule, and you can grow into team-lead or specialist roles as the business expands.
