What to include in a lawn care request
The more we know up front, the faster and more accurate the quote. Helpful details:
- Approximate lawn size, or the plot size and rough share that is lawn
- What you want: grass cutting only, or cutting with edging, fertilising, weed or pest treatment, hedge trimming or pruning
- One-time visit or a regular schedule
- Gate width and access for equipment, and whether there is a water supply
- Your area and any dates to avoid
How the quote is prepared
A team member reviews the request, may call or message with questions, and sends a proposed scope and price. For larger or unusual jobs a site visit is arranged first. There is no obligation, and nothing is scheduled until you accept the quote and the office confirms the date.
