How to measure
Measure the longest and widest points of each area in feet and multiply them. For irregular shapes, split the space into rectangles, calculate each and add them together. Round up rather than down; it is better for the quote to allow a little extra than to run short.
What affects the price of pressure washing
- Surface type: concrete, pavers, painted walls, roofs and wood all need different pressures and cleaners
- Level of staining, algae, mould or oil, and whether pre-treatment is needed
- Height and access, including roofs and upper walls
- Water supply on site
- Sealing or re-sanding pavers after washing, if requested
