  • Competitive compensation starting at TTD $23 per hour.

  • We pay a $20 commission for every new customer who signs up.

Job Description:

As a Customer Outreach Representative, your role will be to generate interest in our lawn care services by engaging with homeowners and offering them a free quote. This is a door-to-door position focused on generating quality leads. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build experience in sales and marketing while working in a fun, results-driven environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Energetic and outgoing personality.

  • Enjoy talking to people and building rapport.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in retail sales, grassroots campaigning, or sales is a plus but not required.
